Riverdale Residential Landscape Construction: Front Entrance with tough slope issue.

This Toronto Residence is raised above street level and required a new retaining wall and stairway to enhance and support the cascading gardens that form the “front yard”.  There are a number of materials, depending on budget and aesthetic that can be used to build retaining walls. There were a number of challenges posed by this job, a tough slope was the main issue. Once building in wood was agreed upon, Landcare’s design team and residential construction crews made sure the client got the best possible materials (cedar) for a long lasting design.
