Updating this home required both and architectural firm and Landcare Inc.’s landscape design and build team to maintain the character of the house while also providing the owners with a more modern version. Landcare’s residential design team frequently works with Toronto architects. This Toronto Beaches property is an example of a collaboration between Landcare and Altius Architecture. Contemporary style has been added to a once traditional style home. Elements of the two blend perfectly in the backyard of this Toronto Residence. The clean lines of a contemporary landscape design highlight the beauty of this the mature treed property and create an inviting space for dining al fresco with friends and family. An added fire pit extends outdoor time late into autumn. Stone patios, walkways and abundantly planted gardens provide this property with a stunning and timeless look.
